Shipping Rates

LokeyHub offers FREE shipping on all orders across India, including both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

  • Orders are usually processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch orders at the earliest.

Shipping & Delivery Time

For most serviceable pin codes across India, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

  • Local restrictions, strikes, or natural events

In such cases, delivery may take additional time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation message via email and/or SMS, which will include a unique tracking link.
You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD availability for future orders.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code entered at checkout are accurate and complete. LokeyHub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.
