REFUND & RETURN POLICY – KITFLIX 

Returns

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will share the return process and address details.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products

  • Perishable goods (food items, plants, etc.)

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: up to 7–10 business days

Please note that additional time may be taken by banks or payment providers to reflect the amount in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
